This is a hidden gem!! The food is absolutely amazing! I had a reuben that was the best that I've ever tasted! The reuben is something that I've ordered countless times, but this one stands alone!
The best wings I have had since arriving here two years ago. Definitely a quintessential Portland dive bar. Quirky and clearly a place for a cold beer and a stiff drink. The humans behind the bar were engaging and attentive which is not always the case with some neighborhood haunts.

As much as I enjoy my time at Lutz, there's one quirky feature that truly stood out to me – their gumball machine pin dispenser. For just 2 quarters, you could get your hands on some naughty adult pins, each one more bizarrely photoshopped than the last.
