What an amazing dinner. Our group of 5 enjoyed every dish and had nothing to complain about. The service was friendly and informative. From the first dish to the last plate it was a culinary experience. There was nothing we didn't like. Can't wait for another opportunity to have dinner at Mae.
So I booked Mae on the recommendation from a friend. I really didn't know what I was getting myself into but the first clue is that you make a reservation on Resy. (Very nice restaurants use Resy.) I found out it was a Prix Fixe menu with wine pairings for an additional cost. It is not a cheap night out, we ended up paying about $170 a person, but it was really worth it. We went for a tasting menu on Friday night. What a experience! Great service and stories with the food. A pleasure to meet the chef and hear her inspiration and history. Be prepared to eat many courses (all are delightful).
