Best Chinese food I have had in Portland. Maybe some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had? I’ve ordered Togo here twice and was pleased, but just ate in person last night and the food and service was top notch.They focus on northern Chinese cuisine so they menu might not carry some staples that are available at other Chinese restaurants, but order out of your comfort zone! Dumplings are the star here so don't miss those. The General Tso's is some of the best in Portland. Lot of history in this place. If you haven't been you need to check it out. Plus the food works super well for takeout.
