WOW, I truly was blown away by my meal. The dumplings are the best I've had in Portland. The dough has the perfect texture. If the owner bottled the chili sauce, I would buy it on the regular. Can't wait to come back to Mama Chow's!
Mama Chows will go down in my list of top food carts in Portland. Jeff’s personality and care and the flavor he puts out is just outstanding. The lollipop wings with garlic noodles with a side of dumplings were sooo g00d.
The food was made to order so expect to wait a bit especially if there’s a line. I highly recommend trying it.

We were in the neighborhood and stumbled upon Mama Chows and are we glad we did!
The garlic noodles were perfectly cooked - not mushy, not crunchy, perfectly aldente, the BBQ pork was just the perfect amount of sweet and savory AND THE DUMPLINGS OMG. Highly recommend!! We'll be back 😊
