So excited for this place but they're never open. Been here three times now only to be disappointed, it will even allow you to place an order online only to be surprised with a locked up cart. Please fix your hours if you're not going to be there. Also don't pay attention to the address on Google that says powell, if you go there you won't get to see the closed cart.

From reviews, it sounds like this is a usual occurrence for them, to disrespect customers by not meeting their legal obligation to fulfill an order that was placed, and wasting their time. We won't be back.

Three strikes and they're out. This is the second time I have had an order and showed up on time only to find them closed. No note. No explanation. Voicemail is full. Nothing on their social media to say they're off for the season. And it's the third time I've gone during normal business hours to find the cart locked up.

Arrived Friday, 9/27/24 at around 4pm, and it was closed. I had driven 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to try this place because I’ve heard amazing things about it. Now that I’m reading reviews, their being closed randomly is a pattern. Please update your hours on Google and your website.

Food is good but they should update their hours to reflect when they are really open - shows they are open Wednesday 12p - 8 pm - this is the 2nd time I have been here and nobody there

The food quality and flavor have gone down hill and The two boys working the food truck are rude. We originally patronized their food truck last year and being from the south ourselves loved the taste of home and the southern hospitality of Matt and Mimi. This week was a totally different food truck. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. The rudeness of the staff alone is enough to push customers away. Sad to see what was once a lovely food truck go down hill.

I was extremely excited to try this place out after being told about it but walked away severely disappointed. I placed an order online ahead of time and drove out from the suburbs to pick it up. Arrived a few minutes before my pick up time, called twice, and no one answered. During my third call, I received an email that my order was cancelled. 0/10 service, not sure if it’s even worth trying again.

I drove over 30 minutes to get this supposed Sorcery catfish. I was so excited and starving after working all day. And right as soon as I get there, They canceled my order 5 minutes before pick up.
Oh and I don't get my money back for 3 days. I feel like I got robbed

I researched and expected good things about this place.
Well not only me comment on the foods but people around who ordered from MM
The fish is tasteless, thin and just crispy.
The chicken tastes like sardines can. The price is very expensive compared to a good dish at the restaurant. It shouldn’t be $18 on the food cart with no service. Plus the quality doesn’t serve best.

Hope the MM owner changed his business and mindset before it closed down. Permanently from here.
