This may technically be a bar (with possibly the best sangria I've ever had) but it's attached to an amazing Burmese restaurant and the food is fantastic! We had the sampler appetizer platter, definitely recommend! Also the beef curry and Shan noodles, fantastic! The atmosphere is also great! If you're looking for the perfect bar to fall in love with that book you've been forgetting to read... you know the one that's collecting dust at the end of the bed... look no further.The window seats give you the perfect view for people watching; you'll feel like the main character in a Taylor Swift song.With a wine selection that's approachable and affordable, and a location that's unbeatable, I'm not sure what else you could want?
It's been a while since I've been before, but we quickly learned it's much different than before with the new ownership. A "wine bar" that didn't have any pinot noir, limited selection, and okay service. Overall, it was underwhelming, and as someone else mentioned, it seems like a waiting room for the restaurant next door. Won't be going out of our way to go back anytime soon.
