Again today, March 2025. A simple hamburger was so drenched in salt it was inedible. Do these reviews even matter?

the play place was loud as hell but some kid was doing like backflips and that was awesome the entertainment here is great but I lowkey thought some of those kids were getting brutally murdered cause they were SCREAMING
one of the workers started talking to us about her two thousand grandchildren and I was a little scared but that's okay. food was fire but all of the salt migrated onto a singular fry and I swear I almost died but I made it out 🙏🙏🙏

The guy working tonight probably shouldn't have a job. Sounded like he didn't want to be there for the greeting, when I ordered a mcflurry all he said was "we can't do mcflurrys right now." I did one two nights ago so I'd be surprised if the machine was broken. Brutal. Makes me not want to come back to this location.

On 12/22 at 10:40am the drive thru was a disaster. Took 10 minutes to get my order and the sandwich I ordered with simply no cheese had extra cheese and no sausage. Yup will take my business elsewhere like starbucks that's accurate and fast 97% of the time going forward.

SLOW SO SLOW, seriously been to this place 5 times. Its by my apartment convenient fast right? You would think it would be fast but NO, it averaged 40min each time. Go to Kuang's Kitchen or Bullseye Pub up the hill there actually much faster, both places were under 15min and much better food.
I received absolutely stellar customer service when I visited! Kevin and Angelina were incredibly friendly and helpful especially. I don’t usually leave many reviews, but I was blown away by this team’s amazing effort and attitude. I appreciate you very much!!

This is why you should never eat any fast food. Forget the ultra processed “food”. It’s the packaging. Wrappers soaked in PFAS or forever chemicals. Drinks in fully plastic cups. How freaking sick is this? Just don’t eat fast food.
