At the 2nd window two employees stared me down before asking me what my order was. Always a good sign. They gave me my coffee. Waited a bit then one of them tried to hand me soda. So I said that wasn't my order. She asked again what my order was. Handed me just the bag. I looked inside and it had two breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown. Handed it back they asked for the receipt. It was on the floor somewhere and couldn't find it. She handed me back the same exact bag from before. Didn't even try to find or make my actual order. I had somewhere to be so I handed her back one of the unknown wBreakfast sandedwhoches because I didn want or need two (such food waste). But of course the unknown sandwich I did keep had no egg. I paid for a sausage egg and cheese meal and I got no egg. I will be digging around for that receipt.

The woman in red messed up my coffee three times, so I asked for a refund. She closed the window without a word. Later, a casually dressed person claiming to be a manager said they couldn't give me a refund because the manager wasn't there. When I asked to record their explanation, they shut the window and vanished for ten minutes. I caught them on video goofing around in the kitchen. Be cautious at this McDonald's, as the staff's behavior is unprofessional.

I ordered a shamrock shake from this location and they said there machine is broken. they couldn’t refund and you can’t request a refund thru the mobile app. The employee handle that situation like a child and was very rude. I’m sick of establishments stealing from customers and acting like it’s not their fault. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

They never have their ice cream machine up n running mist DAYS EVEN..BUT NEVER ONCE AT NIGHT TIME I WENT THRU THERE DRIVE THRU HAVE THEY EVER HAD WORKING MACHINE THEY SAID! THEY R RUDE AF...I MEAN VERY RUDE INSIDE RESTAURANT AND EDPECIALLY THEIR DRIVE THRU! ID SAY WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IS This..A ENTIRELY NEW CREW IF THEIR STAFF!! INCLUDING MANAGEMENT. Sorry yall suck bad and need to recognize and check yourselves before you wreck not only yourselves all the way but your dang jobs and the freaking business cuz now all of us that used tonlike going to the convient location which this ones located at well fir years now we have been excluding this one off our memory maps ! As good as it gets for food of this type and price range. Rather than serve us cola d old fries, they had us wait a minute and a half extra to give us fresh and hot French fries. That earned them 5 stars in my opinion. The rest of the meal was also top notch.
