Best experience at a McDonalds in years. What made it great? 1. Great customer service- the ladies were patient, answered all my questions. I ordered just drinks a first, then decided to get food 5 minutes later- no were gracious and the order came out swiftly. 2. Location was clean inside and outside. 3. Easy to enter and exit parking lot. No weird non-sense going on outside. I felt safe at this location. 4. The value menu is back!!!
I was very impressed with the service and the food at this McDonald’s. That’s saying a lot considering I usually get pretty average service than average food from most McDonald’s that I visit (which is not much anymore). I ordered the wrong thing (100% my fault) through the mobile app. When I went to pick it up, I saw it was an iced coffee instead of a hot coffee and mentioned it to the person that gave it to me. His name was Angel and he was very professional....read full review
