Of the three main burger chains, McDonalds has the best tasting ground beef. I don't experience stomach irritations after eating it, which suggests they aren't using meat preservatives. I respect and appreciate them for relying just on proper food management.

Fries sucked. Asked for fresh ones, got em double salted and warm at best. Double quarter pounder and cheeseburgers fair. Wouldn’t choose this mickydees, there are too many others to choose from. Second visit here with same lousy results.

This franchise is failing the brand. I dont get McDonald's often and this is why. Poor leadership, poor management and horrible service. Ended up leaving with out buying anything after 20 minutes. If you want me to buy anything from you maybe have someone competent enough to take an order. Satisfy a person and they will tell one. Fail to even reach the bare minimum of even completing an order they will tell 20. Zero stars. Time 10:15pm 4/8/2024.

This is one that I have been too many times and this was the worst ever ordered on mobile app and picked up drive thru,First there was no line and no one behind me but still asked me to go park in spot 1My order was 2 qp/w cheese add lettuce and med fries. It took almost 10 minutes for them to bring my food out. I was in a hurry so left got on freeway and grabbed one of burgers well it had no lettuce but it had about 1" of onion on it after couple bites realized no lettuce so called store the girl told me to bring back the order and she will remake it. But by this time I was about 5 miles away so told her I would have to return later today, she told me to not eat any of the burgers or she will not replace them. Really I just had couple bites well was told if there is not 3/4 of burger left no replacement will be given. Well gave her my name and tried to give her my number but was hung up on.Well stopped by there about 6 hrs later on my way home and was told she never wrote any thing about it down and because I didn't have her name they wouldn't replace my order. So I had 2 burgers that sat in my car all day for no reason I could have eaten them in stead of throughing them away. Have never been treated so rudely at McDonald's and will try to call Corporate for a complaint about how was treated. But I won't expect anything to come from it.

Drive thru people are rude, asked to park when no one was behind me. Just as I park the order is brought out. Why!! And I said this in the drive thru when I was told rudely to go park. Called the manager and she didn't even understand and told me she would bring my food out. Duh I was already gone. I know you probably have a timer but if no one is behind the car just take the negative time its not the customers fault you didn't have 2 sausage and egg McMuffins at 8:25am.

This location will steal your money. Make sure to check your receipts for extra donations or food you didn't ask for and won't receive. Been going to this McDonald's for many years. Not anymore, I realized today they overcharged me and checked previous receipts and this dishonest location has been ripping me off all week. I wonder how much free money I've given this McDonald's.When it comes to this location, just say NO and go to Burger King across the street or jack in the box is also nearby, 7-Eleven, I'll be going anywhere that doesn't steal from me. Thankyou

Well they get your order right about 40% of the time at best. Go here once a every two weeks but I’m just over having to check my meal. Three times in a row now, it’s not like fast food is that cheap anymore so quantity should match the price, should get checked my the franchise QC.

I don't understand why it's so hard for the manger to give out the corporate number or the remote access code to be able to call. About not getting my food after paying 28.95 just to be told they can do anything about the app what you can do is give me the contact information for corporate instead of making sure I don't have any of it from 12 am to 2pm on feb 25, 2024 been going back and front. I have all the screenshots of proof that it came out of my bank I want my money back. I have the proof from the app that it was paid for screenshot and all. I'll be filling out a police report.
