Authentic artistry is at play here. This stuff is EXACTLY the cultural delicacy you get in Chicago, and is one of the finest restaurants in Oregon. The guy was a pro, do not miss out on this handed down, taste-bud craftsmanship.
For me, Michael’s is the best Chicago style sandwich ever. I’ve been going there since the 80’s. My secret is to get a “combo” “dipped” , meaning a combo of Italian beef and sausage, and dipped in their yummy “au juis”
Go there, order that, and you won’t be sorry. 👍
