4 dollars is insane for a corndog.
Classic mikes. But weird building design. Only 2 family areas to sit, the rest of the building is couple or single bar seats. We wanted to come in an eat as a family a handful of times an had to take it home because there was no seating. Yes, there's plenty of benches outside. But doesn't help in rainy Portland. Good food. Weird seating design for family's.

A hair was in my ice cream very unsatisfied
I had one of the better burgers that I've had in a long time here, but when a burger, a side of fries, a cookie, and a drink, cost almost $25, that is ridiculous! This would be a place I might treat myself to once a year, but no more. This place is highly overrated, highly overpriced. They would have a booming business if they brought their prices down at least 25 or 30% below where they are now, and that would still be expensive. A third-pound burger should not cost $25.

My husband's burger (a deluxe cheeseburger) was juicy and flavorful. Mine (a deluxe bacon cheeseburger) was dried out and awful. The fries were good. And the berry shakes were just OK. Kind of runny and not a lot of flavor. It was almost $30 - for a few dollars more could have gone to Burgerville and had a guaranteed good meal.
This place is amazing very clean and everyone is friendly
As far as the food I ordered the chicken strip basket and everything came out fresh and hot. My husband ordered the Swish mushroom burger, and added Walla Walla Onions The food was pretty tasty The pumpkin milkshake was super fire

Wow, 17$ for a burger fries and a drink at a drive through? And the girl at the window was upset about no tip? No napkins? Condiments cost extra? No receipt? If it was exceptional food maybe, but frankly it was a soggy burger and came with a cookie in a plastic wrapper? I would recommend anyone to go anywhere else.

I really want to love Mike’s. The food is great. Staff are friendly. It’s just very slow to get food. We live in the neighborhood and come regularly. I wish they could figure out how to get people through faster.

Local burger diner playing homage to drive-in diners of the 50s with its decor.
Clean place, lots of seating. They take cash and credit via at the counter or their handy DIY kiosk.
Nice strawberry milkshake.
Cavernous bathrooms.

When I arrived at the drive-thru, they told me, “We’ll be right with you,” but then seemed to forget about me. I waited over 10 minutes before having to back out and pull forward again. Honestly, I wasn’t upset. Things happen. I jokingly mentioned it to the staff, but they became defensive and even denied that I had been there. I made sure to be polite, but the response caught me off guard.

We made an online order for this location and the instructions said to go to the window in the text that it was ready, we rang the door bell hanging in the window (right next to the sign saying the window is open) and we could hear it from outside... they workers looked at the window and kept on doing their own thing... we stood there for 10 mins while they actively glanced at us but ignored us. Finally we went around inside the lobby and sat there waiting for another 10+ mins trying to be acknowledged by any worker there.... they went by multiple times and I tried to get their attention and FINALLY an employee stopped and looked back when I was saying we had an online order. At that point it was over 20 mins after pur food had been ready just sitting there on their shelf... the fries were all stale and cold, the burgers were still decent luckily, but they also forgot the Ranch we paid extra for. Which was only 50 cents, but after their lack of service and cold food it was just frustrating that you lay extra for something they don't even give you. We had been warned this was a bad location but we were in the area and normally love Mike's.... Never again here though! Within an hour of eating now both my kids are feeling sick now and im beginning to wonder if the food was sitting for too long.
