Everyone is friendly and the food tastes like I’m in T.J/So Cal but even better cuz I know that there’s no lard!
I've only been here twice but the Al Pastor and the Pollo tacos are amazing. I really want to try the burritos and the nachos someday. I live in Hillsboro and I hate driving, otherwise I'd go more. I really wanted to try the cake but they were out. Friendly service. They really pay attention to flavors at this place. They don't just slather everything in salt, like many restaurants do. There are some other vegan and vegan friendly Mexican places in Portland that are good but this is hands down the best . Updated from previous review on 2025-04-09
Absolutely everything on the menu is incredible but the tacos are truly something special. The owners are so lovely and really care about the community. Follow mis tacones on Instagram for fun updates. Updated from previous review on 2025-04-01
Very cool place with yummy tacos and huge burritos. The drinks were good, too!
The server we first met was very abrupt when we asked about how to order. Rudely served our drive. The second server was very nice and helped to be sure we were well taken care of. I had the nachos; my partner also partook from my plate and said the best nachos I've ever tasted. That's a lot from him as he never orders nachos.
Sublime food & drinks ! I love love Mexican food, so every time I come to Portland , I always come here ! I be getting the margarita flight and 2 or 3 tacos with chips & guacamole 🥑! Great flavors, tastes and textures. They chefs are not playin bebe! The staff is so kind and I love to support a queer & Chicano owned restaurant 💕🌮 Updated from previous review on 2025-03-18

Love love love these folks. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly even when the restaurant is bumping. Looking to support some queer cuties that make bomb vegan food, look no further.

Incredible vegan food - I’m in awe!!! We ordered online for delivery and got asada nacho fries, quesadilla, and two tacos. Everything was delicious, I kind of wish I could grow a second stomach and eat it all over again. SOOO yummy 😋

We were here for brunch on a Saturday. We had made a reservation for 6 but half our group came half an hour late. They were quite nice about it and still gave us the table on time. We ordered via the QR code on the table. One of the drinks we ordered without alcohol was mistakenly made with alcohol. I'm glad I tasted it before giving it to my daughter, realizing that it was alcoholic. We told them and they gave us a non alcoholic version quickly. Food came fast. They didn't have the egg substitute ("Just egg"), so everything came with the tofu scramble instead, which was pretty good though. All dishes tasted great (quesadilla, soyrizo & huevos desayuno, enchiladas suizas, breakfast plato). Drinks weren't as good as I was expecting them to be, based on the reviews. Really liked the Cafe de Olla though. There's a lot of natural light coming in, so it was great to try it during brunch time. Will try their dinner menu next time.
I went here when my vegan friend was visiting portland, and we wanted to find a place where she could eat and enjoy a good time out. I am honestly not vegan myself, and I have to say the food was phenomenal. You really couldn't tell the difference, and in fact was better than a lot of other places around. It's really cool to have places like this where she is the priority and as a cook myself not have to wonder or question any cross contamination. I would definitely go again. Thanks for being here.

Okay so here’s the thing— this place is really delicious!
I really like the asada burrito. It’s so flavorful and filling. I’m happy that there’s a fully-vegan Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood.
The decor is very colorful and inviting to boot.
As a final note, I’m quite pleased that they have upgraded to larger water cups.
Thanks
