Food selection there is great, the folks working the area do so well to keep it clean and nice looking.
People sitting outside the area smoking weed and heckling you if you pay them no attention. Might not be great for kids.

Nice cart pod. Has covered seating and a)gas) fire pit. Seems very pet friendly which is probably a plus for some people and a minus for others. Not a ton of food carts but a very good variety. Matt's barbecue is pretty famous. Around town. Is also a brewery stall that's quite large. And it's a good neighborhood to walk around in window shop or shop-shop.
