Slowest ever pizza maker tonight. It took him 4 minutes to open a box of gloves. I watched as he slowly took each order and slowly make each pizza. And you know what... I just knew once it was my turn to order I was going to say something so the family and I left. PIZZA SCHMEITZA IS ACROSS THE STREET. and they were delicious and quick.

Partial blame to doordash majority blame to this store, im tired of ordering from here if im never contacted about missing ingredients or changes that need to be made. In store is fine but just dont order online from them, im genuinely exhausted. Missing toppings on one and missing protein on the other and we never heard a word.

I love Mod Pizza, it’s one of my favorite pizza places in PDX. Or at least it was.
Every. Single. Order. Placed. Has. An. Issue.
And I get it, I’m sympathetic to the sheer amount of orders they must be dealing with, but is it really worth doing as many online orders if you keep having to refund people for screwing over their order? The number of reviews stating this is a problem means it is not an insignificant amount. Just stop taking orders and overwhelming your employees to the point that they forgot over half of the damn toppings!

Met with some retired coworkers for lunch. Soda machine was down so needed to purchase a bottled drink. They weren't too busy, so we were able to sit longer than normal to visit.

It's best to go in and order vs online ordering. It seems when you ask for extra cheese and pepperoni when ordering online you get the regular amount. I know this cause I've ordered before without wanting extra, in shop and online. I only have this problem when ordering online. It's just disappointing.

One of the employees did not wash their hands before coming back to work after using the bathroom and then proceeded to touch all the pizzas putting them into the oven without gloves on. Disgusting.
I’ve been to this location many times since it’s opened, for both dine-in and carry-out. I’ve always been greeted, even when they’re slammed. Each time I’ve ordered through the app, my pizzas have always been ready on time. Shout out to Jack for being so awesome and making things right when a few toppings got left off my pizza on a carry-out order tonight!

The food is exactly what you expect from MOD Pizza. I love it. But, at this location specifically, the service is incredibly slow. I’ve had two pickup orders for them under two different sets of circumstances and each was 20-30 minutes longer than my estimated pickup time. This last time, the email said my order would be ready at 6:18pm. I didn’t leave the place until 6:50pm. More than 30 minutes than initial estimate. The place was not any more crowded than it usually is. Please update the ordering system to reflect the actual time it will take to get your food. Until then: visitors, never rush to go pickup your food. Give it a while.

Never had a issue. I come in tonight and have to beg for toppings. Isn't the reason people love MOD because of unlimited toppings....its like your whole selling point? I have to ask repeatedly for my toppings. I also thought it was very strangle he took my payment before putting my pizza in the oven, but didn't do that for the next person that came in. Kinds sucks to be racially profiled for trying to have dinner.
