What a cool spot! I've had this place on my list of smash burger places to try out and it may be a one and done for me, but I can see why it's such a popular place. I am pretty picky about my burgers and rely on some seasoning even if it's just salt and pepper, and that was about the only thing that was a miss for me, but the bun, the meat and cheese were cooked perfectly and smashed really nicely. The smash burgers here are so good! The menu is simple because what they do is perfect. The burgers are cooked to perfection with the crispy skirt on each patty. The buns used are soft and buttery. The sauce, cheese and pickles complete the experience. I also get a side of fries and the small is huge! They come with a side of homemade garlic aoli as well. I crave these burgers and have to stop myself from going there multiple times a week.
Been coming here since 2021, my home away from home! I don't live down the street anymore but I still stop in and get my fix. The fries are huge and delicious, the vegan smash revives me when I'm depleted of life. I've tried veg burgers a few other places but they were pathetic. Great patio for sunbasking and reading in the afternoon. Just ate a v.smash, slipping into a food coma on said patio...
