Delicious burgers and fries! But their online to-go system is very flawed. Per its estimate, our food would likely be ready in 15 minutes and we ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours at the food cart for our small to go order.
Great smash, fries perfectly crispy (and generous portion). Kind service. My only hold up is that they don’t put lettuce/tomato/onion on the burger which feels like a crime. It could use that fresh addition but that’s just my preference. I get takeout and add my own because I haven’t found a better smash/fry/price combo in SE.
As others have stated, if you go here... be prepared for an extremely long wait. Not because it's busy but because they are very very inefficient. Live very near here and have ordered this many times. They prepare the burgers order by order which means, if there is an order with one burger and a order behind it with 3... they won't cook all 4 at once. This leads to extremely long wait times with even a nominal amount of orders. If you go when it is only a few orders...
