Great service from coffee pod expert Rebecca. It’s difficult to discern from reading pod descriptions but having an expert to talk to that can explain the relative difference from the ones I tried vs new ones to try is helpful.

Been shopping here for years without complaints… lately though, the service has gone downhill. Firstly, I’m back, because the previous cashier a few weeks ago gave me regular instead of decaf - she was too busy chatting with her co-worker and I walked away assuming she got it right. Today, I stressed “decaf” when ordering, and I mentioned the mistake from the previous visit to the cashier. Her apathetic response was, “it happens.” Not, “oh, terribly sorry for your experience and the inconvenience.” After she filled my order, I told her that I would have appreciated a simple “Sorry, about that” (even if she wasn’t personally responsible) and then was met with a cold blank stare. Will people who have no people skills please stop working at service jobs!?! I told her that her apathy bothered me. I prefer Peets and Starbucks pods anyway, but unfortunately they don’t make decaf - I’d rather not give this store my business anymore, so I’ll be ordering online from here on out. Oh, I was probably already ticked by the time she stepped to the register because I was 1 of 3 customers and waited a very long time because there was a break or shift change and I was told by the previous cashier to wait for the next person as she left for her break (assuming)… she was also unexpectedly rude, for some reason. The customer in front of me was offered coffee by her cashier, and all I got was a snarky red head who hated customers and her job.

We recently decided that we wanted to replace our current coffee maker with a Nespresso. We decided to go to Washington Square specifically to buy a Nespesso coffee maker and coffee. We were in the store over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, we made a decision to get a silver gray model and the girl went to get it. We decided to try a couple favors of coffee we were going to buy....the person making the samples walked away. We waited at least another 5 minutes and the sample person never came back although several people liked up behind us. The girl who went to get our coffee maker came back and said they only had a yellow one, red one or the much more expensive one. We said no thank you and left...we were no more than out the door and the young man making samples came back and helped the young lady that was behind us. Side note, we are in our 60's.Nespresso may be a good brand but the people working here are rude, snobbish children that chase customers away.BTW, this was our 2nd attempt at this store and will definitely be our last!

I stopped by on Sunday to check out the in person store for the first time. I asked the team lead what she would recommend similar to the Odacio flavor. Not sure if I looked like I was trying to scam a free coffee or what but she kept telling me I could not sample anything other than the two options they had. I was not asking to taste them. I tried to explain that I was not asking for a taste test but she kept talking over me that the dark blends were NOT a sample option at the moment. I would recommend ordering online instead of visiting this location.

Bought a machine from this boutique 2 weeks ago, but the Vertuo Next was a slight pain to use. So we returned to the store to get a different unit and even paid more money for the difference. The big turn off was the Asian lady (like myself) who we bought it from originally was not happy. My husband and I clearly felt awkward and made it feel like we are inconvenience for her based on her customer service. She even made a comment when she hand the new machine to us that “ Here you go, I hope you don’t return this one”.Not that the comment was bad, it’s the way she expressed it and her body language. It’s very uncomfortable whe. You are willing to spend more money and even bought an extra item but the customer service is not good.I’ll stick to buying online instead of visiting this location.P.S - There is another lady. She’s brown lady with blonde hair, she is nice. She initially helped us when we first came in for the swap. Unfortunately, she couldn’t process it so she gave the transaction back to the original lady we bought it from. It would have been a different story. Thank you for good customer service.

This is the only store in the state of Oregon to buy directly from them. At times when it is busy at shows as the people space is small with all the large floor displays of machines and sets you can purchase. The people working though are amazing! They are friendly and helpful and if you know what you want, or have ordered ahead, you can get up to the counter and out of the store in a short time. You can also get a cup of Nespresso made there if you want if you are interested in trying something new before buying a box of it.

Love Nespresso machines and coffees. This review is solely on the “Seasonal Spice” coffee. Don’t buy these! They taste like cheap Poo-Porrie!They have artificial ingredients- everything anti Nespresso style. Darn it Nespresso, stay classy!!!This Seasonal Spice is the worst coffee ever!

I would rather shop online than endure whatever this is.Staff didn’t say anything to me except that I was standing in the wrong place for service. So I moved and got skipped 2 or 3 times. That’s when another staffer told me if I wanted service i needed to stand somewhere else (which was where I was originally standing). No one was apologetic or even nice. It was awkward and I disliked everything about it.I was actually looking forward to checking this place out but was absolutely let down by everything about it. Will do my shopping online now and just pay for the shipping.

I have to give a shout out to Audrey she helped us out today. She is very knowledgeable and helped us figure out which machine would be best for us. She gave great recommendations based on how we consume coffee day to day and how many people would be using it. Her customer service skills were top tier so if you head to this store make sure she’s the one to help you out, you won’t be disappointed!!

Older, shoulder length blondish haired women, who works customer service here is about as rude and unwelcoming as it gets. She always has to be working every time I go to pick up coffee and every time I leave upset at just how downright rude she is. Clearly in the wrong industry of customer service with how she coldly treats the customers. I can't imagine I'm the first person complaining about this women. Will be ordering from online moving forward.
