Issak is such an amazing barista!! We actually have a Ninja Luxe at home that my partner uses but I just need something easy, fast, and delicious. Issak made us great samples and talked us through uses, tips and tricks and I was sold! Bought myself a machine and a few pod boxes. Thank you Issak and the store team for such friendly and great service!
I was visiting from San Francisco, my cousin had just gotten her first Nespresso machine so it was only right that we visit the boutique and have her try some coffee! I have been a faithful Nespresso drinker for about 8 years now and nothing is better than waking up to an amazing cup of coffee. I was brand new to the Nespresso world and Isaak (with a K!) gave me and my family an amazing introduction! He met us at the coffee bar as he was finishing his shift but took the time to thoroughly help us find flavors we would enjoy. The flavors he gave us to try did not disappoint! I ended up purchasing over $100 in coffee that day and have enjoyed every sip. The check out staff was also very nice and welcoming.
