I've only tried one thing here and that was because I walked by and saw a sign for S'mores Bitz, and it looked pretty tempting, so I had to try it. It was $8.49 for the pretzels, and it was a pretty large amount, meant for sharing, because I sure couldn't finish it all myself in one sitting. It was the pretzel Bitz covered in chocolate sauce and mini marshmallows, and it was pretty tasty. I was shopping in Washington Square Mall, and I stopped to get Wetzel’s Pretzels and had a great experience. I got an original and a jalapeño pretzel which were both delicious! The gentleman who took my order was very patient and pleasant. Mikey didn’t make me feel rushed when making my decision, even though there was a line of people behind me. I will definitely be back for pretzels next time I’m at the mall.

Great tasting pretzels, but overpriced and no customer service to speak of. You'd think if you were waiting half an hour hoping for a pretzel, you'd at least get a greeting or apology, but nope.
