I was looking for a gift and wanted something most similar to a particular variety of s-bucks coffee. Two employees, formerly from s-bucks (sorry forgot the names, one guy and one girl), quickly helped me get the correct coffee with great expertise. The girl was also able to quickly set me up with an online account. This knowledge went above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. Management should take notice and reward accordingly. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience at this store today. Two of our machines had stopped working, and Isaac, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us find a new one.
