We had a fantastic experience at this store today. Two of our machines had stopped working, and Isaac, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us find a new one. He guided us through the options, helped us select the right model, offered a discount for the trouble, and even included some complimentary pods to get us started. I had the best experience at the Nespresso Boutique. All the staff was amazing but Savanna went above and beyond with exceptional customer service! She made me a delicious coffee, and I walked out of the store with a new machine and lots of great coffee pods!!
