All gluten free. Great breakfast pizza
YUM! Dedicated gluten free bakery. So fun to go into a bakery and be able to eat everything. Staff were also very friendly.
Bread, rolls pizza crust, and maple bars. Pre-order holiday rolls from here! Pizza when they do is also amazing!
My mail order shipment got way laid to California before being delivered 3 days late to me in Eastern WA. The variety of products were stale by the time I received them. The mail order department is telling me that I am responsible for filing a claim with the US Postal Service. I disagree.
I strongly feel that it is the Company's responsibility. Any help out there?
Absolutely the best gluten-free breads I’ve ever had.
Whether I’m in the mood for their incredible pizza or just stopping by to pick up fresh breads and desserts, this place never disappoints. As someone who’s gluten-free, it’s a joy to find somewhere that gets the taste and texture just right. Always worth the visit! ♥️
Incredible food, great service. Amazing that everything is gluten free, it felt like heaven for celiacs.
Tip—- make sure you pick up and look through their menu! There’s no sign at the service counter with all the options for breakfast sandwiches, pizza, etc.
The cutest little bakery located on the SE side of Portland. Everything is amazing from the pizza to the baked goods. As a GF only person it’s hard to find options that holds high quality with great flavor. This place checks all the boxes!
Delicious and juicy and moist gluten-free bagel! I got the breakfast bagel sandwich and i really felt so grateful to find this place. It’s so rare that you find an actually good gluten-free restaurant where the food tastes like real food… but this place scratches that itch so well and makes me feel so happy. I also got the cinnamon Coffee cake and it was really fluffy and delicious. Highly recommend.
Sold. This place is cozy, friendly, delicious. With a new celiac diagnosis and a deep love of pastries and bread I was pretty devastated. Just had a delicious cedar biscuit, maple bar and I'm taking home a pizza. My joy has been restored. Thank you.
The cinnamon rolls here are incredible and I am still thinking about them. My husband and I both had the bagel sandwich with ham and loved the bagels so much we bought some to take home. We also tried the brownie and the coffee cake - both were really good but the hero was really the cinnamon roll. Being a dedicated gluten free kitchen - it allowed me to order anything I wanted and that’s not a feeling I get often. Not to be missed - gluten free or not.

I find myself going on long raves about this place like once a week. Seriously the best gluten free bread, pizza, bagels, baked goods, EVER. It's pure gold. I can't say enough how good it is. THANK YOU for being sooo awesome!! Also, everyone that works there is always so kind. I am obsessed and in love with New Cascadia!!

I try so hard to love this place. Their pastries are wonderful. Their staff is kind (and I feel bad they have to enforce a no-modifications policy, regardless of how minor). But I don't know if I just have terrible luck every time I go, as it never seems to matter what time it is - it could be 10am; it could be 1:30 pm (on a day they're open until 8pm with a line still coming in the door) - but their selection is mostly gone. I've brought friends here from out of town, I convince non-gluten-free friends to come with, and 9 times out of 10, I'm slightly embarrassed by the non-selection (and lack of caffeine at a bakery because the coffee machine is down again). It's regularly underwhelming. I don't know if they're trying to avoid having leftovers but unless you live in the neighborhood, traveling there from any other location is a gamble.
And one quick note about the militant nature of modifications - one time I ordered jam with a biscuit (cost an extra 75 cents), and I didn't get it with my order because it wasn't rung up. I had to get BACK IN LINE for a dollop of jam. Now that's rigid.
And lastly, to add insult to injury, they've stopped serving breakfast tea (again - at a bakery). Just flavored black teas which, to the tea drinker, is like only serving flavored coffee.
I know it's hard to run a business, and I know nothing about inventory management, but it does seem like there's room for operational improvements and imagination regarding the customer-experience.
