Food is good. You should let customers know when you close so I don’t waste my time driving there 2 days and you don’t open. Should make a sign say when you will open back. Otherwise I wouldn’t come back. It’s so hard to get into your parking. Seriously!
Fried rice with fried chicken thigh - overall an B- sauce was good, rice was moist and good. The chicken thigh was lightly marinated. I think they refry it to order which made it extremely dry and some top meat not edible because it’s too tough to chew.Mi xao hai San - highly recommend. TastyFish sauce wings - similar to the fried chicken thigh, too dry and not the best fish sauce wings in Portland.
Delicious, and resonably priced. As authentic as you are in Vietnam buying the food there. I personally go for the rice with grilled pork, that is definitely my go to. This place is more of a DELI style not Restaurant as indicated by their website.
