The staff is very sweet and provides great service. However, the shop can be very busy, and there is often a long wait during peak hours as one staff member may be trying to fill many orders alone. Some people may decide to leave due to the wait. Despite this, the ice cream is absolutely worth a stop and many plan to make it a regular neighborhood stop.
