The dinner was absolutely incredible. We ate for maybe 3 hours and I was never hungry and never full. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the food was so so delicious!
The artistry, expertise and vision and execution of each dish was extraordinary. If you love to experience the cuisine of masters of their field then Nodoguro is a must. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to dine here twice. Simply amazing and a must for foodies.
I’ve been taking friends, family, and coworkers to Nodoguro since their 2014 popups. I’ve had at least 12 dinners over time which has never felt old. Ryan and Elena are amazing hosts and continue to make their environment very welcoming, fun, at times educational, and they always give such a delightful presentation to each amazingly tasty course. Whether you live in the Portland area or just visiting, don’t miss out on Nodoguro.
