My friend and I love Noraneko, it’s always our go-to. The ramen is so flavorful! The venue is small and can feel very crowded, which I assume is why they’re temporarily closed due to COVID. Definitely recommend when they open back up, though!
Sad to hear this place is not reopening after the quarantine ends. It was always a reliable, albeit slightly expensive, late night spot for ramen. And the karaage was more consistent than any other spot in Portland.

My companion and I love Noraneko, it's forever our go-to. The ramen is so tasty! The scene is little and can feel extremely swarmed, which I accept that is the reason they're incidentally shut due to COVID. Unquestionably suggest when they open back up, however!
