Wu-Ron’s is just objectively the best. My wife and I go basically on a weekly basis, and this has been the case since they opened a couple years ago. Everything is super consistent, broth is always perfectly balanced. Usually, when I get ramen at various places, I can’t finish the broth because it’s too much, like the salt adds up or it just becomes too rich. Not the case at Wu-Ron’s, I always finish everything.
