Excited to have another spot for pizza over here in SE. Kind staff, excellent location (though parking blows, but that’s my problem), and the quality of ingredients is clear. Great sauce and cheese ratio. Admittedly, I prefer Paladin more, but still excited to have them!
As a big fan of Paladin Pie, my expectations were high for Oathbreaker. Consider those expectations met! Went with the beholder pie + the chili crisp crust enhancement. The pizza was fantastic and everything I was hoping it would be. Will definitely be frequenting this spot.
I was so stoked to see a cart that serves slices (a rare breed), and then I realized their relation to Paladin Pie so I knew it was gonna be good. Homie at the window hooked me up with an extra slice after one of mine broke coming out of the oven. Had the cheese slice first to get a feel for their baseline: absolutely solid. The crust is really tangy with a nice crispy underbelly and a tip that flops over just the right amount 🤌 then the Beholder knocked it out of the park....
