I refuse to eat here after checking their health inspection reports. The reports list the same violations over and over. These include, but are not limited to:*Improperly repaired broken pipe leaking "significant amount" of sewage in crawlspace under building (OMG!).*rat infestations (almost every year).*cockroach infestation.*gnats in sweet & sour sauce,*Raw duck hanging over ready serve dougnuts.*food thermometers non-functioning.*fridge temperature too warm.*shelves in fridge covered with mold.*employee not washing hands.*meat defrosting in mop sink*no soap or paper towels at hand wash sink.*date tags missing from shellfish containers.*chlorine dispenser on dishwasher empty.*cooked food not refrigerated.*unwashed knife with raw chicken on it.*encrusted grease on food-contact surfaces. These are the highlights from the last four years of inspection reports. They are temporarily closed. Let's hope they can get their act together when they reopen!
Posting this just after the COVID mask mandate ended...I'm so glad they made it through! The great dim sum here hasn't lost its touch. They're not doing steam carts yet, but the waiter dropped off a menu and tea, then we picked what we wanted and he delivered it.Steamed pork buns, chicken feet in black bean sauce, eggplant, sticky rice, sesame balls... It's all the same wonderful stuff and served fresh, just like always. Still highly recommended!
I was excited to go get dimsum. Not your normal dimsum experience. Dimsum items are made to order not premade and strolled around on carts. The greatest disappointment was practically everything was crossed out on the menu. The restaurant was dirty and dingy. I do not recommend and will not be going back.
Not my cup of tea. Language was a barrier. Flavors, textures and vegetables are different than I'm used to. Beef and broccoli ? was Chinese broccoli so no heads, more of stalks with spinach. Walnut shrimp. Walnuts were excellent but shrimp was not deep fried. Coconut sauce was good. Cheese wontons tasted different. Didn't get egg rolls we ordered just the spring rolls. Spring roll filling was mushy. They didn't know what to say when I asked if they had any gluten free dishes. Spent $50
Good tasting variety of food. Better than most. Prices are higher and some selections not available because of the times we all share. My choice for Chinese food.
First of all, cleanliness? No. However… food, delicious. The dim sum is so good and your money goes a long way. If you’re adventurous, just do it. Bring you’re own bathroom wipes. You’ll be fine.
Empty. Too much white pepper in everything. Shame. This place used to be at least standard:/
Terrible services and lacking in sanitation. We visited this restaurant to have some yummy dim sum all the way from Salem. At last two times, they served good food and especially my wife got impressed with it. However this time, the manager? or a man who took our order was really rude and my wife cowered by his attitude. She tried to ask him how many steamed buns a plate has but he just said "Huh? Huh?" very rudely and did not try to understand what she meant. He also tried to seat all the customers very closely each other in this pandemic situation, though there were many open tables . My wife also asked another lady for a bill but was totally ignored. Men's bathroom was dirty and so was lady's according to my wife. However, their food was still good, which was the only thing we could enjoy. Unfortunately, our experience was bitter enough for us to decide not to come to this restaurant again. It will be easier to find a better Chinese restaurant in Portland area.
The steam fish was not fresh at all. No green onion just ginger. The whole chicken was good real Cantonese style.
Service is ok, however, order deep fried pork dumplings twice for dine in and take out still didn’t get it. Please make sure delete this dim sum on your menu.

Ocean City has authentic Chinese food. Through part of the pandemic I had dim sum there on a weekly basis. We found that arriving after 1:00 we could leisurely enjoy our lunch and visit.
Sadly, this is now a terrible location . This restaurant has seen better days. The service was not great, tho they did better towards the end. The food was good but very expensive
This place is meh to say the greatest. The Dim Sum was okay, good enough for Portland. The customer service and the place is horrible. Customer service alone already make me not wanting to go back. We got there before another party of 4 who was last in-line. We waited for half an hour and they end up getting in first due to being able to talk in Chinese, and cut their ways though the lines. The store owner just don’t care who’s first or second. When we get there The waitress give us attitudes, they ignored us, and they didn’t even give us a full order. The place itself is dirty and it’s not very clean.
I love this place back then. During pandamic, the wait time for seat and food was more than an hour which I understand the shortage of staff. But when we got our food, the grill pork bun, and the egg cluster bun were under cook and the size super small. We thought the little kid made them (forgot to take photos). Probably go back after pandamic. Because under staff and I bet new chiefs didn't know how to cook that well.
This place used to be packed with people, vying for the dim sum. We entered, and it was practically empty. The food was very poor, the dim sum seemed like it had been microwaved, and the quality of the dim sum was simply lackluster. The shao mai was unfresh, and the texture in the shrimp dumpling (har gow) seemed gross. Decent service, but the quality of the food was horrible.
