The food here is incredible, we liked everything we ordered! The gentleman working hooked us up for sure and everything was fresh and tasty. We could’ve ordered one thing for two people because the portions were so big. Would definitely recommend!(To the person who complained about no crab in the wontons… there’s no crab listed anywhere on the menu and it’s very clearly marked as Cream Cheese Rangoons. They’re super good and you get 8 for $7 which is such a good deal, so no reason to complain there)

Really good Chinese food. Coming from the east coast it’s probably the closest thing to east coast Chinese food you’ll find in the area. The portions are always good and everything is made to order.

Hands down the best Chinese food in the area. I hope they never move! Gotta give them a try, I promise you won’t regret it. HUGE portions too. Seriously love this cart!

Parking: At most you might have to walk a block, but that’s nothing. Otherwise I almost always find a spot in the Parkinglot or around the corner

Kid-friendliness: No alcohol is served here and the staff are very sweet.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a handicapped parking spot int the Parkinglot these carts are in. No stairs or tripping hazards whatsoever.

I am on a low sodium and gluten Free food restriction and this place was able to modify some food choices. From what I chose, I found kung pao chicken was delicious.

This is a food cart in a pod. The cart is cute and right by the entrance. Food is tasty and hot. You can stay to eat, perhaps browse the other eateries there. I did take out. The service person is a hoot and made my experience fun. Parking is something one should plan out. Enjoy.

I've been living in Portland for years looking for the perfect Chinese food. After so many years I found Ocean Star food cart one day. It is truly the best spot I've tried since I lived in Chicago! And their servings are huge! So glad I finally found them.

The shrimp lo-mein, broccoli and fried tofu with vegetables was really good. Owner was super friendly. Great new addition to our favorite cart pod.
