Electric Rice Company Reviews
My absolute fave!
Found this place by searching nearby food places. When I saw the 5⭐️rating I had to try it. It did not disappoint. It became my go-to place in Portland when I come visit.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and was satisfied with every bite. The Mac salad was to die for, chicken was juicy and flavorful. Definitely a nice new addition to the food trucks. Will be coming back to taste everything on the menu.
Best Hawaiian food in Portland, hands down. I don't know what he puts in the mac salad, but it is magical and better than mac salad I've had anywhere else, including Hawaii. Portion sizes are also very generous. One plate usually lasts me 4 meals.

Electric Rice Company is a hidden gem in Portland's food truck scene. The restaurant serves authentic Hawaiian dishes with large portion sizes and impressive flavors. The loco moco and indo-musubi are standout options, with the indo-musubi being one of the best musubi available. Another popular choice is the Chicken Kalbi plate, featuring juicy chicken with a sweet soy marinade and a generous side of mac salad and rice. The chef is friendly and passionate about the food, and offers in-house made sauces to complement the meals. Despite being located in a basic food cart lot, Electric Rice Company is a must-try destination for those looking for delicious Hawaiian cuisine.
