NO OTHER TEA PLACE CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO MAKING THEIR DRINKS AS DELICIOUS AS OCHA. The only thing I would change is their hours of operation, I wish they stayed open till 10
Probably the best boba tea on Division, there's quite a few other places near by but OCha has the highest quality for the best price. Highly recommend their foams and other milk teas. Very quick service too.

This isn't my favorite boba spot, and I don't come here very often at all. The teas just aren't very strong, so I didn't feel like the flavors were very good. I asked for my tea to be 50% sweet since I didn't like much of the syrup flavor, but due to this I felt like my drink just tasted like watered down tea. Outside of the flavor I felt like the service was great! The workers were very kind and helpful when it came to ordering. It's a cute little shop that I see people studying or working in all the time. There's a parking lot connected, and it seems like there's always a decent amount of parking as well.

we got a brown strawberry milk tea with sea salt foam, and a lychee yakult with boba. strawberry was delicious!! 10/10 definitely would come again :)

Yesterday at OCha Tea the staff was super sweet, friendly and patient with the group of 5 kids I came in with. My daughter dropped her tea outside and she was devastated. They offered to make her another for free.Also we love their tea.. great options, big size for the money and delicious. Our favorites are the Brown sugar milk tea, the taro blended with Boba and strawberry tea with rainbow jelly, if your not in the mood for milk. Next time I’ll get photos!

If you're lactose intolerant, don't come here. Not sure what kind of milk they use, but I get a tummy ache everytime! I know most people would ask why I would get a milk tea if I'm lactose, but my stomach doesn't act up at other boba tea establishments. Only at Ocha does this happen so I just stick to their fruit tea. The people working where are really nice. It's just not my first choice when I'm looking for boba tea. There are much better spots.

Incredibly underrated and under appreciated boba shop. Wow. I never usually leave reviews, so this is saying something. I was expecting less, judging by the reviews, but this is the best boba I’ve ever had. I was in and out in at most 2 minutes, the girl at the front was super kind. The atmosphere is incredible, feels cozy kind of like a cafe. The boba was warm and chewy, and the drink itself tasted like the ingredients were fresh.In short, 1000/10. Well done.
