Probably the best boba tea on Division, there's quite a few other places near by but OCha has the highest quality for the best price. Highly recommend their foams and other milk teas. Very quick service too.
Yesterday at OCha Tea the staff was super sweet, friendly and patient with the group of 5 kids I came in with. My daughter dropped her tea outside and she was devastated. They offered to make her another for free.Also we love their tea.. great options, big size for the money and delicious. Our favorites are the Brown sugar milk tea, the taro blended with Boba and strawberry tea with rainbow jelly, if your not in the mood for milk. Next time I’ll get photos!

Brown sugar boba, no ice, toast foam with extra toast foam is ? ? ? ? ? notice that I gave them 5 ? That's because OCha is the but far the best bubble tea place in OREGON!! NO OTHER TEA PLACE CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO MAKING THEIR DRINKS AS DELICIOUS AS OCHA. The only thing I would change is their hours of operation, I wish they stayed open till 10
