We arrived later in the evening for dinner..we were treated so well, never felt like they were rushing us to eat as they closed. Some restaurants have lost that ability to not make you feel rushed when you come in later...I am very respectful of my servers...the server was fabulous, smiling seemed like she enjoys what she does.. It is one of my favorite places, the servers, the food, the music and the vibe is so good.

I booked this restaurant based solely on reviews, and it did not disappoint. I hosted a few work colleagues, and they all really enjoyed their meals and the attentive service. Great cocktails and snacks, like the fried almonds and citrus marinated olives. I loved the salmon à l'oseille, and my colleagues raved about the Fleischnaka pasta. One colleague had a Fred Flinstone-sized beef short rib that he said was super tender and excellent.

Olympic Provisions has an interesting and diverse menu. They make sausage on site so the Charcuterie board was outstanding . The small plates were excellent - Octupus and Mussels, although the mussels had sliced ham which distracted me a bit, were very good. The chili sauce on the Octopus was outstanding. The Fleishchnaka (?), a beef and pork shoulder stuffed pasta had a cream and trotter brodo sauce. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce was subtle but flavorful. Nice selection...
