Stopped by Evergreens in PDX before my flight out. I arrived around 6:20PM (close at 7PM).
I ordered:
-steak it off salad $14.47
Staff was friendly. Ingredients were fresh. I enjoyed the topping options they had.
Seating was easy to get later in the evening. Solid spot to get a healthier option in the airport!

This is my favorite place to get food in the PDX E terminal. The ingredients are so fresh and lots of healthy options. We got breakfast this time. The burrito and steel cut oats were both delicious. Great variety of oatmeal toppings and quite reasonable prices.
