A great place for Cuban fare in Slabtown. Not only is the food incredibly tasty, the servings are generous, and the prices very fair. A nice bar menu is another thumbs-up. Worth a visit, especially during Happy Hour. Oh, they're open every day!
Palomar is always a good choice, and the new location is good. It's got Miami vibes without the humidity. Drinks were ok, and the maduros were excellent. I'd come back for sure to try more of the menu.
We reached here at 5pm for dinner one day, because childcare! Glad that it turned out like that, because the place somehow looked beautiful inside with sunlight outside, and there was a calm inside which I really enjoyed. A very warm and welcoming space, as was the service! Then came the cocktail menu. Oh man- so many options. I could only try their Moscow mule, but probably the best I have ever tasted- so gingery.
