The restaurant Pamana has Filipino food with a special twist. The ambiance is classy, cozy and relaxing. They truly enjoyed class pancit, pandasal, ube dessert, ube pancake, turon french toast, bistek, bistec, longanisa sando, lumpia, egg and calamansi soda. Staff were nice, friendly and attentive, provided a highchair for a baby. The host and server were very nice and it’s feel like a gem inside a hotel.
