“My sister went to grad school in Portland and went to Norah quite a few times while living in Portland. She raved about the food and said it was the best meal she ever had. We made a 1pm reservation on a Saturday and walked in to a very cute little place. Order yourself via QR code. We ordered the Rainy Rangoons and the Pad Thai Nachos. Rangoons were a little fishy for our liking but the Pad Thai Nachos were to die for for. For meals we all split the See Ew and the Spicy Holy Basil Eggplant. Everything was absolutely delicious and portions were very large. We had a good amount of food left over. Would definitely return next time I’m in Portland.“

They even took the time to read the notes I included when making the reservation and acknowledged the friend I brought along. 😊 Additionally, there is a section on their name tags that highlights the regions where the servers were born, which serves as a cute conversation starter and is a nice way to recognize everyone. 🥰 I would highly recommend this platform—definitely a 12/10!“
