ZERO STARS
The customer service was really bad. Just like many others have said in their reviews, it felt like the employees was in a hurry for no reason and I was being RUSHED along. I didn’t even come during a busy time or lunch hour, I was the only one in line when I arrived. The girl with glasses who made my food was really rude today. It was awful.

Gotta love the orange chicken 🍗
Food is good, but I'm mostly leaving a review about a specific employee. Aaron was very courteous, professional and seemed to be on top on everything. He even caught a mistake on my order before I got to checkout.

I've been coming to this location for a while to get my food and it's always good. Tonight, however, I waited in line for almost 20 minutes while one person filled all of their online orders before acknowledging me, and with a line of 12 folks! Insane! No, "I'll be right with you" or " Sorry for the wait." They simply dont have enough staff for online and in person orders. It's very disheartening that there's such a lack of customer service in the restaurant industry. If you don't have enough staff, stop doing online orders. Simple!

Title: 4.5 ⭐ Great Food and Service but Pricey
I recently visited Panda Express and had a great experience overall. The welcoming environment and pleasant employees made my visit enjoyable from the moment I walked in. The dining area and restroom were both very clean, which is something I always appreciate in a restaurant.
The food at Panda Express was delicious, and the portions were very generous. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my meal. Additionally, I was thrilled to see that they finally introduced a rewards program for customers. It's easy to use and definitely a nice added bonus for frequent visitors like myself.
However, the only drawback for me was the prices. While the quality of the food and the service were excellent, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar restaurants. If the prices were a bit more affordable, during these economical times. I would than gladly rate Panda Express a full 5 stars.
Overall, Panda Express is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal, with great food, and great service.

So I just finished a hike out in the Gorge with all of my camera gear. There are homeless people begging at the entrance… so I don’t dare leave my pack in my car. I take it in with me… a guy sitting outside the door chowing on a box of panda express asked me if I could help… currently I’m unemployed and living off savings. “No, I really don’t.” I replied as it was truthful that I didn’t have cash.
I walk up to the counter and tell the worker I would like a bigger plate… 2x one item and the other can be on the side. She writes ‘all inside’ on the box. While I’m waiting for rice and chicken, the guy asks if I want to pay. “Sure” I said and asked for a medium soda. The cup had some oily liquid around the rim… I could see it glistening on the red paper. I ask if I can have another one. He checks and they all have the contamination. I ask if there were any other cups. He checks under the counter and pulls up the half bag of medium cups. These also have the contamination. I wasn’t thinking properly as I was pretty exhausted from the hike and just decided I would wipe it off. Over at the soda machine I grab a napkin and wipe the inside and outside of the cup… trying to get the contamination off the cup the best I can. I still, now as I write this, cannot believe I accepted a contaminated cup. After throughly wiping the cup and filing it my order was bagged and ready. I left.
Now after drinking from the contaminated cup my mouth is stinging and I hope to god it goes away soon or I am going to the hospital and will bill Panda Express for the visit. Proffering contaminated cups is unacceptable. I will also be filing a complaint with Panda Express corporate about this.

Nothing against the employees here but this like many other food stores in today’s world is managed so poorly. There needs to be an off button to DoorDash orders. They get blitzed with them and will with a 20 person line spend the next ten minutes completely ignoring the real humans in the store to service the online orders. It’s a flaw in today’s environment and not sure how they fix it, other than hire more people which won’t happen, and turn off online orders which store owners aren’t going to allow. It’s a miserable experience for people In a line not moving

I often get to go meals from this Panda Express restaurant. I like the food, that is why I often go there. Today, about 4:45 pm, though, I get ignored service by a casher female. She was wearing eyeglasses. I asked to put some hot sauce in my to go paper bag. She said OK and then, before I left the restaurant when I checked before for a hot sauce, she didn't give me. I asked her that I wanted a hot sauce. She then gave me a soy sauce and not even apologized. I said, "I wanted a hot sauce, not soy sauce. She then gave me what I wanted. I felt like she purpose for whatever reason ignored my request and not even apologizing. What kind of an employee ?. I am considering never to go there.

Can somebody please explain why during the peak lunch hours this place has old main dishes sitting there, scraps literally. And if you want something, you gotta wait 10-15 mins for it. They had no broccoli beef, old orange chicken scraps, old scraps of mushroom chicken, like get it together!!
