My good was horrible. The chow mein was dry and had no vegetables. My begin beef was hard and not eatable. And service was not great. Although it was busy customer service is always important.

I was honestly having a pretty shitty day and the girl who was helping me get my food boxed up was super nice. The receipt says Kali but the cashier was someone else. She asked me about my job and was hyping me up and even let me sample one of the lemonades before I chose which one I wanted. She went out her way to be super nice when they were about to close and it made my day a lot better. So I wanted to say thanks and hopefully she see’s this. The little interaction went a long way. I hope the company recognizes this for her.

I didn’t even come during a busy time or lunch hour, I was the only one in line when I arrived. The girl with glasses who made my food was really rude today. It was awful.

I've been coming to this location for a while to get my food and it's always good. Tonight, however, I waited in line for almost 20 minutes while one person filled all of their online orders before acknowledging me, and with a line of 12 folks! Insane! No, "I'll be right with you" or " Sorry for the wait." They simply dont have enough staff for online and in person orders. It's very disheartening that there's such a lack of customer service in the restaurant industry. If you don't have enough staff, stop doing online orders. Simple!
