Not only did we have to wait 2 hours to get our pre-order food. The line in that place was crazy. The staff was,well idk what's wrong with them but not doing their job was one. The food did not look appealing nor tasted good. I feel like panda express is going downhill. Their food sucks now. The last few times I couldn't stay out the bathroom if you get what I mean.

The food was slightly greasier than other Pandas I've been too but still good. Atmosphere was mall vibes for sure. Not a bad thing at all. Service was fast but can get loud with ambient noise so you might have to speak up when ordering.

Yeah the food started liquifying my guts about 5 minutes after eating. You’re definitely going to get food poisoning here. Don’t even bother.
I’m literally typing this from the toilet. The 20 minute drive home after liquefaction started was the most urgent, heart-pounding experience I’ve had in recent memory.

The asian old lady said I can’t try a free sample of the drink. I have shopping bags in my hand. I never tried any of the flavors. She said no. I was like ok. I just pick on flavor and hope for the best. I got some good with the drink. The drink was ok. But I wouldn’t buy it again. Just sucks

Mother in law ordered a kids meal yesterday and found the apple crisps was missing, so she went back to the counter to check with them. She was told that they were out of apple crisps until this Saturday! Shouldn't she was told when she ordered or when she paid for it?! In their menu, the kids meal comes with apple crisps. It's not an optional item! The customer neither get informed nor a replaced item, but she paid the full price of it! No apple crisps is not a big deal, but how they do the customer service does matter!

The butter chicken was creamy and perfectly spiced and tasted just like something you’d find in a Punjabi village—comforting and soulful. Yikes! It gotta be their off day! Everything was super salty. I'm a long time fan of Panda Express so I'm expecting some salty entries and sizes but all all of them in one meal.
They were super busy with long line for Sunday's evening. I waited for the line to thin out and saw a brand new bath of chow mein and decided to order the Panda Bowl, $8.90.
Panda Bowl, $8.90: one side with mushroom chicken, 1/2 side of super green, and 1/2 side of chow mein. The square bowl seemed bigger then the last time I got it with the round bowl, I'm not sure about the volume of it. Beside the super fresh bath of chow mein, everything tasted and smelled salty. I picked out most of the vegetables, a few bites of chow mein, and the rest went straight to the trash can.
It was a busy food court inside a mall on a Sunday's evening at 6:28:32 PM to be exact! I have low expectations for Panda Express inside a mall, yet this was extremely disappointed. I won't be getting anything from it any time soon.

came with the family to have dinner, took a large plate and 2 drinks. panda crafted beverage and kids coke. during dinner the child ran out of coca cola. my daughter came up to get a refill, they told her to wait 1 minute and in the end she stood there for 5 minutes until someone paid attention to her!!!

Asked for soy and sweet & sour. Got soy and one packet of chili sauce. Rice had bits of burnt egg and rice as well as clumps of plain white rice. Smelled like peanut oil, not fried rice. Very bland. Rice was all i ordered.
