The avocado toast is a rip off. So small and hardly any avocado for nearly $5.00!

Yesterday I went to a panera that was nearby in Beaverton (Cedar Hill exactly) and the sandwich had a different size (bigger). Today I went to this one exactly located near the airport, I ordered the Same sandwich and the size surprised me, very small to the point that I asked the girl if they had a reference for bread measurements, and the intention of clarifying my concern was vague, so I will not go to this panera specifically again. Please review the staff's customer service.

Staff your stores appropriately. Friday lunch rush and the drive thru was a standstill for 10+ minutes. Only two cars in front of me. Backed up and ate somewhere else.

Have been here multiple times and been disappointed. The last one really took the cake.
I ordered ahead of time on the app 15 mins before I arrived, when I arrived there was one person in the drive through ahead of me. I can’t go inside to pick up my order because of medical conditions so I chose the drive through. With one person ahead of me, and arriving two minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, I then sat in the drive through for another 40 mins only to be met with a rude employee at the window. I was very pleasant and understanding considering the circumstance but the employee was not kind at all. That’s my concerns. This is also not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. Should take 40 mins to get an order that was placed ahead on the app with only ONE person in the drive through ahead of me. And considering the cost of the food, I would prefer to have it warm, not cold.

I ordered 2 pick 2s with baguett to go. I didn't receive my baguetts and my cup of soup was half empty. I walked back from the hotel to get my baguett. They ripped a piece of baguett off of the loaf and said it counted for both. Employees need to care at least a little bit for a business to be successful. I hope the owner gets better crew.

We payed $80 for our meal. We sat down at a table while waiting for our food, immediately my family and I notice all the ants on the table. Some are dead some are alive, once we get our food we notice that they got our sides wrong on our meals. I got up to get some sauce and immediately I notice that there weren’t any. We asked a worker for sauce, we got it about 15 minutes later. After we were done eating we told a worker about the ants. They said that they’ve been told that they have them, and they’ve been trying to get rid of them for a long time. I was extremely disappointed considering I have gone to other Paneras and they all seem fine.

I don't usually rate restaurants, but this Panera off the 205 is horrible. I live nearby and have seen it decline over the last few months. Poor service. Food quality is subpar. Very disappointing. Not worth the money.

The person who helped us here, Alexie, was so kind and professional.
Only reason it's 4 stars is the general location of this store can be sketchy, though it has been improving. Inside the store it is quite pleasant! Good spot for a quick lunch or to hang out and read.

Extreamly unsanitary. Every table was dirty the kitchen was an absolute mess and not a single worker was wearing gloves. The workers had terrible customer service and bad attitudes.

Online ordering system does not work. I placed an order 24 hours in advance and it was not ready on time. Also, do not offer a drive through pickup option if you are unable to execute the service.

This place is a pigsty. Every vacant table has dirty dishes, waste paper or half empty drink cups on it. The floor is worse with trash and garbage all over the place. Whoever manages this store should be fired!!

$13.50!!! For a bagel and thimble of cream cheese (they forgot to slice and toast) it!! A small cold SAD cinnamon roll (I could make better ones in my microwave) and a black coffee with ice??? It’s not even a meal and has no egg or meat in in ???

This place was ok like 10 years ago but corporate America can go F itself, why not just make this an automated kiosk with cold food?

It also took a LONG time in the drive thru for 3 items that weren’t cooked, or sliced and nobody was in the drive thru but me.

And then they want to ask if I want to donate and round up my change?

I usually love Panera, but I'm so sick of no customer service at the counter. I used the self-serve line after realizing no one was in sight to take my order and ended up ordering items they were out of, and the machine still allowed me to pay for the items. After getting the rest of my order, I had to go find the elusive counter help to find out the item I ordered was out, so I had to get a refund. By then my sandwich was cold and they argued with me about how it wasn't.. I did get a new sandwich but the whole experience was terrible, especially considering it was $32 for a half a sandwich and 2 soups and a drink. They also changed the steak chibata sandwich and the new one sucks.
