Waited 25 minutes longer than the pickup time we were quoted for just to receive cold sandwiches with barely any fillings and a coffee that was only half full for $35+. I’m not sure what scam this place is running, but it’s nothing short of robbery. The owner should be ashamed to have their name on this joke of a restaurant.

We stopped for lunch. There were many people waiting, no personnel around, could only order from a kiosk (there were 2 but only 1 working). We got tired of waiting to order so we left and found a lovely restaurant down the road. We will not go back to Panera Bread.

I don’t know if management is reading these reviews but this location gives Panera a bad name. No one was in the front when we arrived. Both self-ordering kiosks were busy. People lined up. All of a sudden several employees from the back peeked around the corner and laughed and disappeared. Customers had to keep trying to get the attention from those in the back to get drink cups, bakery etc. There was one guy preparing all of the food and orders by himself. The food was good and hot, but I didn’t get my side and after have grown tired of having to continually go to the window to ask for things like our cups, I just gave up. We love this location as it’s convenient to stop at to get something to eat after a long flight but there needs to be some major changes if they want to be able to keep it open. Nothing about this experience is of Panera’s usual quality or service. Donetter.

LOUSY ATTITUDES! I waited 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel...the bagel was just thrown into a bag (no wrap) and they couldn't be bothered to make it correctly - no cream cheese added. The guy in the kitchen was rude, insulting and couldn't care less. What's with the attitude???? Never again.

You order on a kiosk, no human interaction. Food was burned and salty.

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered for dine-in but they gave me to-go. When I asked to remake it, they just handed me a plate — and it was disgustingly dirty! My boyfriend didn’t even get a spoon properly, they just threw it on the tray!
There is basically no service — order yourself, take it yourself! There is an option with a sandwich, but nothing was said about the size of the plate, and it turned out to be much smaller than the regular one!
Definitely do not recommend! Please deal with your staff and their attitude toward guests!

The service has been lacking, 3 times in a one week span this keeps on happening, my order has been either missing a item or I have given the wrong order. I will not be coming here for a while.
