Ordering on the app was really super easy and takes you step by step all the way to completion of your order. My pizzas arrived exactly as ordered and I baked it by the directions which made it more perfect and so tasty too. ? Absolutely will order again from my location in the future. I ordered the family Papa's all meat - remove beef and add chicken, and my second was create my own, which was family size chicken, giant pepperoni(next time ill either doublethat or add regularpepperoni as the giantpepperoniyou don'tget as much?), and tomatoes. Still so very good!

This crew is always busy and crank out the pies. usually smooth checkout. Wish you could get the 2 for deals on the sides online but they will fix it up in store. Gave a ding on the "Atmosphere" as this is not the nicest PM lobby I have been into !

Do not use their online delivery service!
I ordered a couple pizzas, but only one arrived. Online help told me to talk to the store, store told me they can't refund online orders, told me to open a ticket online, online ticket took days to tell me stores are franchises and must refund directly, called store and told no manager was there and they would call me back.
It has been days, I've invested way too much time in trying to get a single pizza refunded. System seems like a scam to allow them to keep your money for undelivered product. I'm literally going to have to choose between driving down to make a stink in person over a pizza or write off the loss.
I've been getting Papa Murphy's since they were Papa Aldo's, but I'm done over this nightmare online order design.

That papa Murphy's on72nd Sandy/Fremont across from Safeway anyway, I traveled from 127TH and Division because I had a bad experience with the one just around the corner. But when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and when it was time to go we were in there laughing. That's my go to spot now.I forgot his name but I'm sure your the Manager thanks we needed that last night. Happy Holidays.
