Based on reviews, MeKha Noodle offers great food and some of the best noodle soups. The spring rolls and a bowl of the turmeric noodles are divine and easily shareable between two people. The Hu Tieu Nam Vang was legit and authentic with bone based broth taste. The Combo Pho was nourishing, and the Pho soup itself is AMAZING, like gold heaven. The caramelized crispy quail is very tasty, and the vercelli bowl with grilled shrimp and vegetables was loved. The eggnoodles combination soup is flavorful and delicious. The pandon flan and ube flan for dessert are very good. The lemongrass tofu is amazing, and the pho is pretty consistent. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and service are all great. The place is a little confusing when first walking in, but customers are quickly seated and quickly served. Payment is at the cash register up front. This is a must try if in Portland.
