Incredible!! My friend and I each got a Doner Kebab. The best I’ve had in Portland so far. I wish that there would be more garlic sauce- it was so delicious!

Most of my trips in Germany are spent eating döner kabobs so I was super excited to check this place out. The chicken was dry and rubbery, the bread was old and crunchy- I couldn’t force myself to finish it. I was super letdown. I think maybe it’s passable if you’ve never had the real thing.. but if you know what it’s supposed to taste like, it’s like eating McDonald’s vs. lobster.
All in all, it’s great someone in Portland was willing to make a go at it but I hope someone else can do it with more love because I wasn’t feeling it.

It was great. The meat was much better then expected. Real meat as opposed to the weird chemistry blob meat usually used in gyros. The flat bread bun was very good. However it was too expensive. 13$ should have been mabye 10.50$ at most. Everything is too expensive. In general I feel like we should all normalize stealing. Also a simple sandwich it took forever. Way way too long. But it was delicious

A hidden gem! Falafel sandwich had lots of fresh veggies, the falafel was fresh and tasty. The sandwich could have used more yogurt sauce, I thought. Location is great; there’s a comfortable heated inside space here hidden between the carts with a kids play area and lots of games.

If you’re in the mood for some seriously delicious döner, look no further than PDX Dönerländ! This cozy spot is run by a fantastic husband-and-wife team who are not only super friendly but also deliver consistently amazing food and service. I ordered the döner kebab with extra lamb and feta, and wow, it did not disappoint! The flavors were on point, and the portion was generous. Pro tip: definitely get a side of their tzatziki. It’s the perfect creamy complement to lather on all that goodness. Big kudos to the team at PDX Dönerländ for creating such a warm and welcoming vibe while serving up top-notch food. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back for more!
