Firstly before I even tried the food none of the employees working there were wearing masks or any kind of ppe. Even the people handling food. We still recived our food but even if this is the best food in the country it can't make up for the huge safety hazard.

My fiancé and I live around the block from PDX Mac & Cheese Bar and loved coming here for their Buffalo Chicken Mac. We normally dislike chicken in our Mac and cheese because a lot of restaurants use chunks but the shredded chicken is amazing. I highly recommend coming here once they reopen.

So so good! I stopped by here on a whim and am sure glad I did. The PSU has everything I could want in a Mac n Cheese bowl-something crunchy, something fresh, and something sharp. The portion was also gigantic, so it's perfect for sharing or saving for later. The cheese sauce is not too thick and not too runny. I call it Mac n Cheese with some flair!

The happy hour (2-4) deal for any special for $4 is incredible. The food is amazing for the price, even outside of their happy hour. The classic mac is incredible, the cheese sauce is the perfect viscosity and the bread crumbs add so much to the texture. The PSU special is delicious, the bacon is cooked to perfection and the green onion provides a crispness to it that is positively scrumptious. If you're craving mac & cheese, this is the place to go.
Mac n Cheese is one of my favorites. My first time here and I was so Impressed. Great service and delicious food. Will absolutely BE BACK!!

This place is located on PSU's campus. I thought it was ok. I had the mac n cheese with broccoli and parmesan shreds. For $7 for a small cup, i would expect more flavor. After all, its just steamed broccoli and noodles. I will say that the cart owner is a very nice person and for that reason, I would probably return when I'm craving mac n' cheese.

I'm not a fan of all dente pasta or macaroni and that was what I experienced here, but many seem to like it. I prefer it when everything clumps together. The sauce was a bit watery, but had decent flavor. I'm not sure what made the chicken buffalo chicken. There is a good selection of toppings. The "Build Your Own" happy hour special is a very good deal. The owner is very nice.

Hours are not accurate. Do not plan a lunch date here. Very inconvenient and not informative. Made me very disappointed - what's the point of having your hours online if you're not going to follow them. UPDATE YOUR HOURS PLZ.
