Amazing food truck behind the PSU library that produces great Chinese food, large portions, and cheap prices. The owner, Susan, is there everyday working hard and yet she maintains an incredible friendliness and even seems to remember many customers by name
My first Google Review because they don't have Yelp. The owner said she will ask her husband to help make one as I usually write reviews on Yelp.Anyways: great portion and food for the price you pay! Loved the Canton fried rice noodle, so flavorful with chewy separate noodles and a slight touch of spice. And the owner gave a free sesame ball which was also very crunchy and soft!
