Percasso Coffee & Bottled Water Service

We use Percasso for our hot coffee and cold brew service at VIDA Coworking, and we love them! The coffee they provide is delicious, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the service is speedy. *high five*

These guys are great...Matt help me quickly get the quote needed for our CFO. The company was able to get quickly set up for service. Minor hiccup, but Matt fixed it quickly. I never was assigned to obtain quotes and it was a new learning process. Still learning, with a little hiccup. The crew loves the coffee, and I love the hot water for tea, hot chocolate and soup. They are a great group working for meeting the needs of their new customers.

My office has been using Percasso for over 10 years and they always knock it out of the park! From running coffee taste testing events when we want to change things up, to quickly getting technicians out if there are any issues, friendly email replies and making sure the multiple coffee bars are well stocked- we cant's say thank you enough for making it easy to keep everyone happily caffeinated. A huge shout out to employees Brian D and Ron M - appreciate how well you take care of us!

Working at Percasso is a political experience. If you don't present as "Portlandia" you're not going to make it at Percasso.

Percasso is absolutely perfecto! I was given the task of finding a water service for our brand new Silicon Valley start up in Fort Vancouver, and was given just 5 days to find the service and get everything installed and ready to go before a huge event we were having here. Not only did a Percasso rep reply to my request within 3 hours, but they even came to our location to check things out (because we're in the fort, there are a lot of things we can't do, due to preserving the history). They worked within our budget and our restrictions here and came up with a perfect water and coffee plan for us. We have a sales team of 40+, so during events they drink a TON OF COFFEE!!! We never run out, because if we need something in a pinch, Percasso is right there to help us out. Did I mention their team is the nicest team I have ever dealt with? I kid you not. I was thinking about leaving a review the second the installer left the building, because of how fabulous he was and how smoothly everything went! I will never use another horrible Portland water service again....because now we found Percasso! :) <3
