Still one of the best values for lunch downtown. Good portions and everything I have had over the years has been delicious. Favorites of mine would be asparagus chicken and mushrooms chicken.Only downsides is one man show cooked to order so can be slow when busy, still in a part of town that need some clean up and cart itself is not pretty so easy to overlook.

Incredible food. Large portions. Very friendly person behind the counter! Love this place so much! I can get 2 meals worth of food for $10 or less.Edit to add: his cooking techniques can embarrass many restaurant chefs. Everything from the rice to the vegetables is well balanced and perfect textures. He makes everything fresh to order. And very quickly at that.

I was walking toward the river and I found this place . It's a cute small street food spot and the owner is so friendly. The service doesn't take long but it works like this : you order , he makes your food , you pay and then it's the next person turn . I ordered chicken yakisoba noodle. Good portion . Good price , taste good . But it was greasy and very salty. That's the reason I gave 4 stars . I am not living in Portland. Otherwise I would go there again .

This is some of the best food I have ever eaten. The Yakisoba noodles were so good we bought them two days in a row. Fried rice was also bomb.

I highly recommend the Yakisoba Chicken! I appreciate the hearty portions and conversation that Ping provides. Ive been going here for years and really wish that more people knew about it. Other food carts are a ripoff compared to this one. Trust me when I say that you truly get your moneys worth here.

Food tastes way, way better than the pictures on the menu might lead you to think. I am obsessed with Chinese food, and this place ranks highly.

I got the general Tso's chicken. It was ok. Not great. The sauce was just way too sweet. It was definitely notable and for me, offputting. And the chicken itself was a little stringy. Not juicy. It did have a great crunch though. And as they claim, it's made fresh to order so it comes out nice and hot. I also appreciated those black sesame seeds on top. They look awesome. The rice wasn't great either. Not the worst, but a little on the watery and mushy side.Still, not every meal is about being the most delicious. What I loved is that it was only $10 and is a decent sized portion. Hard to find nowadays.

One of the best food carts in Portland! Owner is super friendly, food is delicious, and the price is unbeatable.

This cart has some amazing yakisoba and fried rice! The portion size is incredible and the food, delicious. With prices ranging from $8 to $15, I consider them quite affordable. Everything is made to order by just the one man operating the cart, so expect a small wait. But it is well worth the time! The cart operator, Peter, is very nice and even made me 2 dishes 30 minutes after closing time! I'm only mildly embarrassed to admit I haven't tried much else to eat... YET. But if these dishes are any indication, it will be a wonderful experience to look forward to.Parking: Located in the 3rd street cart village, it has a small parking lot for customers behind the carts, accessed via the side streets off of 3rd. Also just a short ride from the max for mass transiters.
