This cart has some amazing yakisoba and fried rice! The portion size is incredible and the food, delicious. With prices ranging from $8 to $15, I consider them quite affordable. Everything is made to order by just the one man operating the cart, so expect a small wait. But it is well worth the time! Had a craving for sushi. Only had 15 min between busses. Thank you Google and thank you PFE! Only in Portland would I find sushi at a food cart, so conveniently located along my commute!

I highly recommend the Yakisoba Chicken! I appreciate the hearty portions and conversation that Ping provides. Ive been going here for years and really wish that more people knew about it. Other food carts are a ripoff compared to this one. Trust me when I say that you truly get your moneys worth here.
