This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Portland. It has immaculate beef broth and toppings, but it also has a whole bunch of other really delicious options.

Amazing vegetarian pho and other options.
Been eating the super bowl here for close to 30 years. Still as solid as ever, amazing broth, quick service, still slinging the tea. Love it.

Consistently solid pho broth. Great ban zeo (viet sizzle cakes with shrimp and pork). My friend loves their Banh mi. Their grilled meats noodle dishes are good- think Luc-Lac restaurant dishes.
The service is fast, no frills, the food comes when it comes- some people at your table may wait 10 minutes longer for their order. Don't be offended- just have that expwctation going it and you'll enjoy your meal a lot more.
At the end, go up to the cashier, tell them your table number to pay. That is the time you should ask for to-go containers. Know the number of containers you need. (Or you can wait for a while 10-20 minutes trying to flag someone down.)
This is my favorite pho place in town.

Tried their phở for the first time and I’m hooked! The broth is rich and clean, the meats are tender, and the noodles are the perfect amount. I loved how piping hot the bowl arrived. The kids enjoyed the brisket while I went for the tendon.
The egg rolls are huge, crispy, and wrapped in rice paper with a crunchy cabbage filling. The prawns are big and perfectly cooked. I also grabbed a rice plate to go—shrimp paste in tofu, grilled shrimp, and pork were all delicious.
Friendly staff and a packed weekend crowd seal the deal. Complimentary hot tea is a plus!! I’ll definitely be back!

Best pho in Portland that my roommates and I have found so far. Super quick service and today the sun was coming in at a sharp angle and one of the servers (didn’t catch his name) came and closed the blind for us. So kind! Unbeatable service and delicious food. My usual is the #17, my roomies like #1 and #51.

Best Pho I’ve ever had or will ever have.

When I want Beef Phó, this is one of my go-to's; their broth is so clean, nourishing, and delicious. They selection of meats is large and they portion size is generous.
I've had the vegetarian (tofu) phó, as well, and the broth was also tasty but the selection of vegetables was basically just broccoli and fresh herbs.
The service is always on point here and I appreciate the sincerity.

The Pho is probably the best I've ever had. Came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and stopped in again tonight. The thing that gets me the most though is before we even sit down someone sets 2 glasses of water and a pot of tea on our table. It's so cozy and the tea is perfect. I'll be here a lot this winter and I know they'll take good care of us!

Honestly speaking, if your server(looked about 50 years old, had some “owner” vibe) is SO sick that he had to wipe his snot with his hand while taking orders from customers, why didn’t you think about having someone else who was not sick so that customers won’t get infected?! It would’ve been much more responsible to have someone else serve customers to avoid spreading illness, especially in a restaurant setting where people can’t wear masks while eating.
I understand it’s winter and people get sick, but allowing visibly ill staff to handle food (then use the same hand to deliver food plates) and interact with guests shows a serious lack of care for customer health.
Take better precautions and show more integrity in situations like this, please!!
