I ordered the pad kee mao, or drunken noodles, and thai iced coffee. I wanted the eggplant variant of the entree, but had to settle on ginger. I'll have to come back for the eggplant, bc this dish was amazing. It's so full of flavor and everything was cooked well. Nothing burnt, but no raw bits. A nice al dente texture to every morsel. Loved it. The fish sauce and cilantro really add a lot to the dish, too. Most Thai places I've been to in this city seem to shy...
Got the Tom yum fried rice with shrimp and the grilled pork over rice and it was both delicious. Tastes like a home cooked meal ?? liked it so much the first time that I had to come back the next day.
Authentic Vietnamese Delight!My visit to Pho Le was nothing short of amazing! After traveling from California, we were craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and Pho Le did not disappoint. The Pho noodle soup was incredibly refreshing, and the pineapple fried rice was a delightful twist on a classic dish. The owner's warm and friendly demeanor added to the overall experience. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem!
